Welcome Annmarie and Nic to The Ploughshare
We are very pleased to announce that we have appointed Annmarie and Nic Cope.
They are a very experience pub management / chef couple with over 30 years of experience in hotel, pub and restaurant management.
Annmarie will focus on front of house and general management whilst Nic will be chef and take care of the cellar and beer. We are delighted to have been able to engage such an experienced couple to run The Ploughshare on behalf of the Management Committee and shareholders.
They are not strangers to Norfolk as they have a boat on the Broads where they plan to spend their off-duty time. They are both very excited to be joining us and will be moving in on 17th / 18th July. After a couple of days settling in, they will start a full food service again on Thursday 22nd July.
In the meantime, The Ploughshare and shop will continue to be open albeit on restricted hours and food trucks will provide a service for us on Fridays and Saturday evenings.
We would like to thank all shareholders and customers for their continued support throughout the Covid 19 pandemic and this more recent period of uncertainty.
I’m sure you will join us in welcoming Annmarie and Nic to The Ploughshare and to a successful future in Beeston.
